How to print & assemble
  1. Load filament 1 = black and filament 2 = white (AMS / MMU / toolchanger). The 3MF files already assign the parts.
  2. Bambu Studio / OrcaSlicer: ironing and 0.08 mm top layers are set on each badge object, without touching your profiles.
  3. Magnets: four 10×2 mm N52 discs per badge. Glue two into the badge. Snap the loose two onto them, press the backer over them (pockets facing the badge), and glue — that guarantees every pair attracts. Wear the badge outside the shirt and the backer inside.
  4. Pin slot: press a stick-on bar pin (1–1½ in) into the slot, clasp out; add a drop of glue.
  5. Full white core: the whole face is white under a thin black cap, so you can also engrave or mill extra marks after printing.
