In Auto the right panel follows the clock: promos, then "Boarding in N minutes", "Boarding soon", each group in turn, final boarding, door closed.
Click it again any time to refresh. The data goes straight from your united.com tab to this page in your browser and is never uploaded. Copy link for another device puts the whole screen in the link, passenger names included, so treat that link as private. Open flight status page →
Step 2 is normally the whole answer: united.com searches by route or by flight number itself. This is for when you would rather not leave this page — it asks FlightView which legs a flight number flies, or which flights fly a route that day, and fills the flight in here so the link in step 2 points straight at it. The local feed answers a lookup straight away; without it, FlightView opens in another tab and the same bookmark answers it there.
Shows the next UA flight in the calendar once it's within 5 hours; until then a random UA departure from a United hub in the next 2 hours. The link is kept only in this browser and on your computer, never in shared links.
Start the feed once on this computer:
pip install playwright tzdata airportsdata, then python server/gate_feed.py. It follows a
gate and rolls over to the next flight after departure, and remembers what you send it. Without it, use the bookmark
steps above.
If the QR image is missing, the Flight tab shows the estimated arrival instead.
